You will need to enter the email address you used when you registered for the webinar to validate your attendance. For your attendance to be valid your engagement time should be atleast 30 minutes.

Please follow this link to register / submit your abstract . If you have already registered and now wish to submit your abstract, please use the link you received in your email to edit your registration and attach your abstract to it. The abstract submission deadline has been extended to 14 March 2021 2400 IST. If you wish to submit more than one abstract you should do it in the same form and not use multiple registrations.

All abstracts are to be uploaded as a word document (doc or docx format). No identifying details should be included in the uploaded document and the word count should not exceed 250 (excluding the title, authors and affiliations). You may upload supplementary images(jpg/png) or data(xls/xlsx) separately. Please follow this link to register / submit your abstract

If you would like your abstract to be considered only for a poster please tick the relevant box provided to indicate so. Otherwise your abstract may be selected for either platform or poster presentation following review by the scientific committee.

Abstracts that confirm to the set criteria (250 words) will undergo a blinded review by the selection committee and issued a score based on the following criteria. Weightage for individual element is given in parentheses.

1. Relevance to the conference (10%)
2. Contribution to Academic Debate (40%)
3. Appropriateness of the research/study method (20%)
4. Discussion and Conclusions (20%)
5. National submission (10%)

The abstracts will be ranked based on their weighted average scores and a top few selected for "platform presentations". 

The decision of the Selection Committee is final. Should an abstract not be selected for an oral presentation, the Selection Committee may invite the authors to a poster presentation.

Further practical information (timing, duration of the talks…) will be sent to the selected abstract authors at a later stage, after the selection process. The authors warrant and represent holding intellectual property rights on the research work presented in their abstract.
